2. Approve minutes from October 5, 2023 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates (charter school applications under review; Charter School Program federal grant; Eastern Panhandle Prep Academy update).

4. Discussion of possible amendment to charter contract with WIN Academy.

5. Proposed amendment to FY24 PCSB budget, authorizing the PCSB to receive and spend federal funds under Charter School Program .

6. Anticipated executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

7. The following PCSB meeting is scheduled for November 20, 2023.
