2. Approve minutes from October 31, 2024 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director Report.

4. Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

5. The next PCSB meeting is scheduled for January 9, 2025 at 8:00am.
