4. Discussion of forthcoming Charter School Program (CSP) subgrant opportunity for new charter schools.

5. Discussion of West Virginia Academy charter renewal application.

6. Approval of PCSB FY 26 budget.

7. Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

8. The next PCSB meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2025.
