Agenda:

1. Call meeting to order; confirm quorum.

2. Approve minutes from March 7, 2024 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates, including but not necessarily limited to: Legislative update; Hope Scholarship students and virtual charter schools; FY 23 audits for public charter schools; Charter School Program federal grant update.

4. Amendment to PCSB bylaws regarding official complaint investigations.

5. Amendment to charter contract with M.E.C.C.A. Business Learning Institute.

6. Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

7. The next meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2024 at 8:00am.
