Agenda:

1. Call meeting to order; confirm quorum.

2. Approve minutes from April 4, 2024 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates, including but not necessarily limited to: charter school-related legislation; Charter School Program federal grant; Initial enrollments at Clarksburg Classical Academy; Contract renewal guidance for WIN Academy.

4. Revised PCSB FY 25 budget.

5. Amendment to PCSB bylaws regarding Charter Schools Stimulus Fund and official complaint investigations.

6. Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

7. The next PCSB meeting is scheduled for June 6, 2024.

8. Adjourn.
