1. Call meeting to order; confirm quorum. 

2. Approve minutes from May 1, 2024 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates, including but not necessarily limited to: charter school related legislation; Charter School Program (CSP) federal grant; end of school year & charter school annual reports.

4. West Virginia Academy official complaints.

5. Possible executive session to discuss personnel and/or legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4(b)(2)(A) [personnel exception] and/or §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

6. Consider PCSB next steps in Michigan Association of Public School Academies, et al., v. U.S. Department of Education, et al.

7. PCSB personnel matters.

8. Schedule next PCSB Meeting.
