2. Approve minutes from June 6, 2024 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates.

4. Technical amendments to charter agreement with M.E.C.C.A. Business Learning Institute.

5. Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

6. The next PCSB meeting is scheduled for August 8, 2024.
