Consider amendment to West Virginia Academy charter contract regarding revised primary recruitment area.
Consider revisions to PCSB bylaws to conform with recently enacted charter school legislation.
Executive Director Update (Hope Scholarship and charter schools; Charter school annual reports; August 31 deadline for new charter school applications).
Possible executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].
The following PCSB meeting is scheduled for September 7, 2023.
