2. Approve minutes from Aug 3, 2023 PCSB meeting.

3. Executive Director informational updates (New applications received; 2022-23 test scores; Annual reports; Administrative rules for Charter School Stimulus Fund & Catalogue of best practices pursuant to W. Va. Code §18-5G-4-a; Charter school facilities funding).

4. Proposed revision to PCSB FY 24 budget.

5. Proposed PCSB FY 25 budget.

6. Anticipated executive session to discuss legal matters as provided in W. Va. Code §6-9A-4 [matters involving attorney client privilege per Peters v. County Commission, 205 W. Va. 481 (1999)].

7. The following PCSB meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2023.
